Your Recovery Therapy Session

At most clinics you get 30 rushed minutes. With us you get private, one-on-one time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who comes to you, looks at your whole body, and treats the source of the problem.

What’s included

  • A movement assessment to find what’s driving your pain or stiffness
  • Hands-on care: manual therapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and dry needling when it’s a good fit
  • Neuromuscular re-education so your progress holds up
  • Time to go over simple exercises you can do on your own

Session lengths

  • 60 min: Focused care for one or two areas
  • 90 min: Full assessment plus whole-body treatment (recommended)
  • 120 min: Unhurried care for complex needs

Save with our Start Moving, Keep Moving, and Perpetual Motion packages. Every package includes dry needling at 50% off.

Move Better. Recover Smarter. Stay Ahead.

Conclusion

At Muscles In Motion, we believe recovery is not passive, rather it is an essential part of optimizing how your body functions. Our goal is to help you reduce pain, improve movement quality, enhance performance, and develop a better understanding of your body so you can continue doing the things you love with confidence.

This is not a one-size-fits-all session. Every treatment is intentionally designed around your current presentation, goals, and response to care to create a truly personalized recovery experience.
