Meet Your Team

Every Muscles In Motion session is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Here’s the team behind the hands-on care.

Robert “Robbey” Lindstedt, PT, DPT, LMBT, Cert. DN — Founder

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and perform at their best. With over a decade of hands-on experience and a doctoral degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I combine clinical expertise with advanced manual therapy to deliver results that go beyond a traditional massage.

My approach is highly personalized and focused on outcomes. I integrate techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and dry needling to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance recovery or someone who simply wants to stay active and pain-free, my goal is to create a session tailored specifically to your needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through soccer, running and weight lifting, checking out local breweries, and spending time with friends. I’ve been married to my wife for over 10 years, and we have a daughter, Emma, who keeps life fun and full of energy. I bring that same passion for movement, connection, and balance into every session, creating an experience that’s not only effective, but something you look forward to!!

Devan Groulx, PT, DPT — Co-Founder

I’m Dr. Devan Groulx, and I co-founded Muscles In Motion in 2023 with the vision of making expert, hands-on physical therapy more accessible and personal. Practicing since 2018, I bring extensive clinical experience spanning orthopedics, aquatic therapy, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, return-to-run programs, and comprehensive wellness care.

My approach is grounded in compassion and connection. Guided by the belief that “people don’t care what you know until they know that you care,” I prioritize building trust and lasting relationships with every client. My treatments combine doctorate-level medical knowledge with advanced manual therapy techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and optimize performance for both everyday life and athletic pursuits.

As a U.S. Army Reserve veteran with 13 years of service in Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense, I embody discipline, adaptability, and a deep commitment to community well-being.

At Muscles In Motion, my mission is simple: to help people move better, recover faster, and live stronger.

Brycen Froehlich, PT, DPT, Cert. DN

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduate of Campbell University in North Carolina. Originally from Wisconsin, I attended University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, where I played collegiate football while earning my degree in Exercise Science. My athletic background helped shape my passion for movement, performance, rehabilitation, and helping others return to doing what they love.

During my clinical training, I had the opportunity to work directly with our company CEO, Robbey, gaining experience in both traditional physical therapy and advanced manual therapy techniques. Through the strong relationship we built both personally and professionally, joining the team was an easy decision — even after relocating to coastal South Carolina.

As a former collegiate athlete, I have always been passionate about working with athletes and helping them perform at their highest level. Over time, however, I also developed a strong interest in treating chronic pain and improving overall quality of life for my patients. My clinical experiences and education at Campbell University further expanded my passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions. My goal is to provide personalized, high-quality care to people of all ages and activity levels, regardless of their diagnosis or condition.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my girlfriend, Payton, and our dog, Baker. We love exploring local restaurants and breweries, going to the beach, working out, traveling, and watching sports — especially football, baseball, and tennis.

Andy Sartain, PT, DPT

I am a physical therapist and  graduate of Campbell University. During my time at Campbell, I had the opportunity to work closely with Brycen, one of Muscles in Motion’s own team members, which made joining the Muscles in Motion family especially exciting for me.

I have always had a passion for helping others reach their full potential, which is ultimately what led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. As a former collegiate football player, my background is deeply rooted in athletics, and I have a particular passion for sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, and sports performance.

I am excited to be part of the team at Muscles in Motion and look forward to helping each of you recover, perform, and achieve your full potential.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, participating in flag football, and spending time with friends and family. I am also recently married and love spending time with my beautiful wife, Nicole.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself!

Andy Sartain, PT, DPT
