Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation is doctoral-level, one-on-one care after an injury or surgery — without the fifteen-minute time slots and single-region limits of a typical insurance-based visit. We treat the whole kinetic chain, because an injury in one area almost always changes how the rest of your body moves. Recovery therapy restores the tissue; movement restoration rebuilds the pattern — and rehabilitation with us is always both.
SESSIONS MAY INCORPORATE
- Full evaluation and individualized plan of care
- Manual therapy, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education
- Evidence-based protocols driving clinical decisions and progressions
- Progressive strengthening and movement retraining
- Dry needling when appropriate
- A Home Recovery Program (HRP) to keep progress moving between visits
REHABILITATION IS IDEAL FOR
- Recovery after injury or surgery
- Longstanding pain that hasn't resolved with a standard course of care
- Clients who want more one-on-one time than a typical clinic visit allows

Conclusion
Rehabilitation shouldn’t mean fifteen minutes on one joint and a handout on your way out. An injury changes how your whole body moves, and getting back to full function means treating the whole chain — not just the part that hurts.
At Muscles In Motion, recovery is doctoral-level and one-on-one. Your Doctor of Physical Therapy evaluates how you’re actually moving, combines manual therapy with progressive strengthening and evidence-based protocols, and teaches you what’s happening in your own body along the way. We come to you, and we take the time it takes.
